水产品质量检测服务方向探讨——以南通市水产品质量检验测试中心为例

随着人们生活水平的不断提高,水产品以其味道鲜美、营养丰富的特点越来越受到国内外消费者青睐。与此同时,水产品质量检测与安全管理工作也被提上重要的议事日程,而要真正做好这项工作,关键在于必须通过理论与实践的结合进一步明确水产品质检工作的服务方向。基于此,本文提出了水产品质量检测服务的四个方向,以期起到抛砖引玉的作用。

Discussion on development of quality monitoring of fishery products

With improvement of living condition,fishery products,for its delicious taste and abudment of nutrition,has become more and more popular among consumers worldwide.At the same time,quality monitoring and management of fishery products has also become very important work we have to deal with.To have the work well done,we must confirm the way that quality monitoring of fishery products may develop.This paper dicusses four developmental directions of quality monitoring of fishery products.
