| 摘 要： | 近几年来，长三角以产业协调发展为核心的区域经济一体化趋势正在形成，客观上需要我们在长三角产业协调发展管理、效益评估和质量互认、合作与竞争、金融保障、环境保护、经济监督等方面加强法制建设，这对于依法引导、规范和保障长三角产业协调发展，实现长三角区域合作与发展战略目标，都具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Recently, with harmonious industrial development as its core, the integrating trend of regional economies in the Yangtze Triangle Zone has come into being. This in practice requires enhancing legal construction in the management of harmonious industrial development, benefit assessment, mutual quality acknowledgement, cooperation and competition, financial guarantee, environmental protection and economic supervision in the Yangtze Triangle Zone. It is vital to steer, normalize and warrant the harmonious industrial development and to realize the strategic goals of cooperation and development in the Yangtze Triangle Zone. |
