摘    要:学校作为培养学生、培养教师的基地,其管理方法直接影响到学生和教师的发展。文章从管理、服务、发展、合作交流和对内对外的宣传五个角度,浅析了意识在教育教学工作中的重要性及应用。结合十余年的教学经验,笔者总结了教学管理中如何应用以上五种意识,从而开创新局面、促进教育教学新发展。

Abstract:As cultivating students,training teachers' base,schools' management methods directly affect the development of students and teachers.This article from the management,service and development,cooperative communication and the publicity at five perspectives,simply analyses the importance and application of consciousness in education teaching work.Combined with more than ten years of teaching experience,the author summarizes how to use the above five kinds of consciousness in the management of teaching,thus to create a new situation and promote education teaching new development.
