摘    要:电感式传感器是利用电磁感应原理,通过线圈自感和互感的变化,实现非电量电测来进行工作的,它常用来测量位移、振动、压力、比重等物理参数。由于它具有结构简单、工作可靠、寿命长、使用范围广等特点,因此得到广泛的应用。

Abstract:Inductive sensor implements non-electric quantity electrical measurement to work through changes of coil self-induction and mutual inductance by using the theory of electromagnetic induction,and it is used to measure physical parameters such as displacement,vibration,pressure,proportion and so on.Because of its characteristics of simple structure,reliable operation,long life and wide utilization,it is widely used.
