| Abstract: | The phenomenon of indirect punishment in judicial practice not only expands the scope of the crime,but also increases the penalties for offenders.This phenomenon is contrary to the principle of a legally prescribed punishment for a specified crime and criminal guilt to adapt the principle that expose the latter,intervents all aspects of national life and violate national human rights at the same time. |
