旧城改造项目的实施研究

文章阐述了旧城改造项目类别及实施旧城改造项目的原则,给出了旧城改造项目实施的基本程序,分析了当前旧城改造过程中存在的问题和难点,从研究与规划、投资与招商、公告与协商、搬迁与安置、宣传与组织5个方面,提出了推进实施旧城改造项目的主要措施和工作内容,结合上海市新天地广场和重庆市渝中区十八梯两个成功项目,进行了案例分析.

Research on the Enforcement of the Old-City Renovation Projects
