摘    要:本文通过对战略性薪酬和人力资源效率进行研究,探析战略性薪酬对人力资源效率的影响,挖掘两者之间的内在关系和作用机理,以期对我国企业在人力资源效率的研究与实践方面提供理论依据。

Abstract:Through the research on strategic compensation and human resource efficiency,this paper analyses the result of strategic compensation affecting enterprise's human resource efficiency,excavates their inner relationship and mechanism,in order to provide theory basis for the research and practice of Chinese enterprises' human resource efficiency.
