| 摘 要： | 代建制模式作为一种新型的政府投资非经营性项目的管理模式,近年来逐渐引起人们的关注;代建制企业作为参建方的主要成员,将是投资方风险转移的主要目标.文章结合代建制项目的特点,采用WBS-RBS法识别代建制企业在管理过程中不同阶段的风险因素,运用改进的模糊层次分析法对其识别的风险因素进行评价,通过定性的分析与定量的评价,帮助代建制企业有针对性地进行风险控制和管理,为有效防范风险奠定了基础.
