| 摘 要： | 本针对我国城市基础设施建设资金运作中存在的主要问题，提出加快城市基础设施建设资金筹措上要解决思想，转变观念，促进投融资体制的市场化，以拓宽投融资渠道，扩大投资规模，提高全国城市基础设施建设水平。
