| 摘 要： | 本文全面介绍了《缅甸矿业法》和《缅甸矿业条例》及其当前所存在的问题。概述了缅甸联邦矿业法发展的背景及历史。对该国利用外资进行国内矿产资源普查、勘探及生产的法规、政策进行了详细的阐述 ;同时 ,对该国存在的与矿业法律法规有关的问题进行了初步的探讨。

It focus on Regulations and Politics for attracting foreign investment to explore, prospect and exploit mineral deposits in Myanmar. As well as some problems appeared in the process of their implementation are briefly discussed. |
