Thoughts on developing cross-border RMB business

The paper proposes that it is necessary to actively expand the scope of cross-border RMB business and to establish a supportive and cooperative business mode based on the pilot RMB settlement practice in cross-border trade, in order to meet the demands of domestic and international markets and economic entities, and to facilitate trade and investment. While making it adaptable, cross-border RMB business should be developed actively, gradually, steadily and consistently. On this basis, the paper suggests some countermeasures for further developing the business.
