| 摘 要： | 应用最优控制技术,建立一种企业融资决策数学模型及融资决策方法.充分利用微分方程与线性规划理论[1][2],较圆满地解决了有关融资决策的优化问题.给出了既能降低融资成本,又提高经营效益的融资决策方法,为企业获得最佳投资效益提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | The application of optimal control techniques involves,constructing mathematical models and financing decision-making method in the practise of corporate financing decision-making policy.With differential equation and linear programming,the paper presents a solution to optimizing financing decision-making policy.This decision-making method can lower cost and improve the operational profits,providing enterprise with the optimal investment returns. |
