普通高校促进教师专业化的途径与措施

摘    要:20世纪80年代以来,教师的专业发展成为教师专业化的方向和主题。提高教师专业地位的有效途径是不断改善教师的专业教育,从而促进教师的专业发展。只有不断提高教师的专业水平,才能使教学工作成为受人尊敬的一种专业,成为具有较高社会地位的一种专业。

Abstract:The teacher' s speciality has become the orientation and theme of teacher' s specialization since 1980s. The effective method to enhance teacher' s standing in speciality is to improve vocational education continuously so as to promote its development. To make teaching an honourable speciality with higher social position,the only way is to improve teacher' s vocational knowledge.
