摘    要:学术界对于企业创新的研究大多集中在技术创新层面上,无论是单纯技术推动的自主创新还是需求推动的自主创新都有其自身不足.创新资产和增值性资本是企业获取创新收益的重要途径,也是获取创新自主性的必要条件.持续竞争战略导向下的企业自主创新是企业未来的努力方向.企业需要的是系统创新能力,不仅要考虑到内部条件、外部市场,还要整体考虑到竞争对手的竞争态势.
