| 摘 要： | 本文利用"网络—资源—能力"分析框架,从社会网络的视角分析了集群创新的功能效应,认为其主要取决于创新活动发生的条件和过程,并提出了联结能力、技术能力以及政府推动和公共技术服务平台有助于集群创新产生的假设,且通过实证分析比较了苏州IT产业集群和宁波传统产业集群的创新差异,得出了创新条件和创新过程对于不同类型产业集群的创新活动具有不同效应的结论。
