| 摘 要： | 随着地勘单位改革的深化,地勘单位面临从企业化经营的事业单位向企业转制的挑战。在新的环境、新的机制下,企业要生存、要稳定、要发展,就必须培养一批合格的经营者群体。文章就如何加强培养经营者,从政治理论教育、思想道德和职业道德教育、现代化管理技术教育、科学知识教育、法制教育等五个方面提出一些粗浅看法。

| Abstract: | Along with the deepening reform in geological prospecting enterprises,geological prospecting enterprises are facing the challenge of transforming into business institutions.In order to survive,stability and develop in the new environ- ment and new mechanism,it is necessary for enterprises to train a group of qualified operators.The article focuses on how to strengthen the cultivation of training operators,bringing out some brief views from the five aspects of education on political theory,ideology and morality and professional ethics,modern management techniques,scientific knowledge and legal system. |
