| 摘 要： | 加强农业基础地位,发展现代农业,建立以工促农、以城带乡长效机制,形成城乡经济社会发展一体化新格局,是党的＂十七大＂提出的重要战略任务。发展现代农业,实现农业发展方式的转变,对于保证整个国民经济的健康快速发展和社会的稳定,具有重要的意义。本文阐述了农业经济结构调整的意义,分析了农业结构调整的现状、面临的困难及要达到的目标,提出了促进农业经济发展方式转变的财政政策建议。
