| 摘 要： | 如何促进跨国公司与地方产业集群间的协同发展是发展中国家面临的重要课题.基于地方产业集群的嵌入性特征,可以看到跨国公司与地方产业集群由地理接近到关系嵌入的两阶段融合过程是一条必由之路.通过地理接近,跨国公司可以获得由集聚效应带来的成本节约优势,而通过嵌入关系的建立,跨国公司与本地企业共享知识溢出效应、集体学习机制等,进而促进产业集群的持续健康发展.
