| 摘 要： | 结合我国水利水电工程可行性研究阶段规划设计的实践,从征地移民规划设计的角度,分析了《大中型水利水电工程建设征地补偿和移民安置条例》存在的问题,着重阐述了设计深度不匹配、林地分解到户、安置区调剂土地等问题,并提出了工作体会和建议,为进一步补充和完善相应的规程规范以及相关的实施细则提供参考。
