| 摘 要： | DQL800/1250.30型堆取料机是一种自动化水平较高的大型装卸设备,因存在许多问题而不能正常工作。通过对其供电方式改进、悬臂皮带跑偏治理、增加中心溜槽电保温、斗轮收缩盘连接方式改进等技改,使堆取料机较好满足了生产要求,并对相应的改进措施进行了详述。

| Abstract: | The DQL800/1250.30 is a large charging crane with higher level automation.Becauce of many exiting problems,it cannot function normally.Through improving the mode of supply electricity;recoving cantilever belt running inclined to one side;adding electrical insulating layer to the centre chute;making connecting mode to the wheel of the dou better etc.the charging crane can satisfy the demand of producion. This paper describes the improved methods of the machine in detail. |
