| 摘 要： | 通过建立高等教育投入和经济增长的相关概念模型，并在系统回顾湖南省高等教育投入的历史基础上发现高等教育投入与经济增长存在着双向互动关系，其中高等教育投入对经济增长的作用更强烈，最后从高等教育投入力度、结构和效率三个方面提出了相关对策。

| Abstract: | The paper establishes the conceptual model of investment in higher education and economic growth, and finds out a two-way interaction between higher education investment and economic growth by reviewing the investment history; the effect of investment in higher education on economic growth is stronger. Finally it proposes countermeasures from three aspects： the intensity, structure and efficiency of higher education investment. |
