论公共文化服务的绩效评估

摘    要:加强公共文化服务绩效评估,是落实科学发展观的必然要求,是改进服务方式的有效手段,是提高服务效益的重要保障。在公共文化服务绩效评估中,要坚持以人为本的价值取向;构建科学与人文并重的指标体系;确立公众导向的评估主体;健全法律制度等保障机制。

Abstract:The strengthening of public cuhural service performance evaluation is the inevitable requirement to implement the scientific outlook on development, the effective way to improve service, and also the important safeguard to improve the service efficiency. In the performance evaluation of public culture service, we must adhere to the people-oriented value orientation; establish the index system of integrating science and humanity education; build the public oriented evaluation; and perfect the guarantee mechanism of the legal system.
