高职园艺技术专业工学结合培养模式的实践探索

近几年,广西职业技术学院基于工学结合,积极进行人才培养模式的改革。园艺技术专业在教学实践中进行了有效的探索,其核心内容是：一、不断完善＂一周期二交替一顶岗＂的人才培养模式。即第一学期接受统一的教学和实训;第二、三学期利用校内实训基地在老师指导下进行一个季节周期的＂模拟承包＂实训;第四、五学期到相关企业进行2次专业实训;第六学期由学生自主选择,完成半年以上的企业顶岗实习。二是根据岗位需求构建专业课程体系。三是以科研为载体,技术创新,促进校企合作。四是实施＂双证融通＂制度。

On Cultivating Mode of Combination of Education and Employment in Horticulture Technology

In recent years,Guangxi Vocational and Technical College actively carries out cultivating mode of combination of education and employment.Vocational horticulture technical major takes an effective exploration mode in the teaching practice;the core content contains four aspects.The first aspect is a constantly improving the talent cultivation mode of ＂a cycle-two alternating position＂,that is,the students firstly accept the uniform teaching and training in the first semester,then in college practical teaching base,the under the guidance of teachers students are trained by ＂simulate contract＂ over seasonal period in the second and third semesters;in the fourth and fifth semesters,the students are sent to enterprises for professional training twice;in the sixth semester,students freely choose to complete enterprises position practice at least half year.The second aspect is to construct curriculum system according to the demands of position.The third aspect is to promote school-enterprise cooperation through science research and technological innovation.The fourth aspect is to take double certificate integration measure to admit the system of ＂Graduation Certificate and Profession Certificate＂.
