| Abstract: | Enterprise is the destination for the graduates from higher vocational colleges to go to the society. How do the graduates change their roles from students to employees smoothly？ This article tries to start with analyzing the needs for qualified personnel of enterprise culture,then suggests that,enterprise culture should be permeated into the class management so that the graduates can blend into the enterprise quickly after graduation. |
