高职院校多媒体教室建设与管理的问题及对策

随着高职教育的蓬勃发展,许多高职院校的多媒体教室在短时间内得到快速增加,这使得多媒体教室在建设与管理过程中出现了许多新的问题,针对存在的诸如建设无统一规划、设备使用效率不高以及管理不到位等问题,提出统一做好前期规划、科学合理配置多媒体设备、建立行之有效的管理模式、加强管理队伍的自身建设以及加强对教师的岗前培训等,从而更好地建设和管理多媒体教室。

Solutions to Construction and Management of the Multimedia Classroom in Vocational Colleges

With the development of vocational education,there have been more multi-media classrooms in many colleges.Meanwhile lots of new problems sucgas no integrated planning,highly inefficient application and poor management,have arisen during the construction and management process.The article suggests that we should make a good preliminary plan,put a scientific and rational allocation of multimedia equipments,establish an effective management model,strengthen the team of the management and guarantee the pre-job training of teachers.
