| 摘 要： | 在全面推进高等职业教育的进程中,高职学生的就业工作至关重要。本文从毕业生出现跳槽的现象出发,分析了职业意识教育的现状,提出了加强职业意识教育的措施。对如何培养高职学生的职业意识,进行了思考与探索。
