加强高职院校教研室的内涵建设

教研室是学校教育教学管理中最基层的组织,教研室工作直接关系到专业建设的水平和学校的人才培养质量。高职院校的教研室应以科学发展观为指导,紧紧围绕专业建设和课程建设的总体目标,不断深化教育教学改革,逐步完善教学管理机制,加强教师专业能力和团队合作精神的培养,全面提升教研室内涵建设的水平。

Teaching and research section is the basic organization in the school teaching management,it is very important to the specialty construction and talents training.
