基于广西工业化城镇化建设发展视角的高职生职业能力培养的研究

注重学生职业能力的培养是广西工业化城镇化建设发展对高职院校提出的重要人才培养目标任务,在广西工业化城镇化建设发展视角下高职生应当具备动手操作能力、市场竞争能力、适应社会能力、交际沟通能力、团队协作能力、开拓创新能力等职业能力。当前,广西高职院校在学生职业能力方面仍然存在一些问题,必须强化在课程设置、课堂教学、实践教学环节、师资队伍建设方面的改革和调整。

The Development of Professional Capability for Higher Vocational Students Based on the Industrialization and Urbanization in Guangxi

The development of professional capability is an important task for higher vocational colleges based on the construction and development of industrialization and urbanization in Guangxi.Higher vocational students should possess higher professional capabilities,such as operational ability,market competition,competence to adapt.to society communication competence,team working ability,innovation capacity and so on.There are some problems existing in the developing of students＇ professional capability in higher vocational colleges,so curriculum,classroom teaching,practice teaching and the construction of teaching staff should be reformed and adjusted.
