对经济管理专业经济法课程改革的建议

高等学校经济管理专业开设的经济法课程,在教学内容及课程设置上出现了一些问题,不能够适应专业发展的需要。我们建议应当将传统的经济法课程一分为二,一为各专业都需要掌握的基础法律知识,即民商法,另一为各专业的专业法律课程,以兼顾法学学科的发展及经济管理类专业的特点。

Suggestions to the Reform of Economic Law Course for Economic and Management Specialty

The economic law course for economic and management specialty in universities has some problems in the teaching contents and curriculum,so it can＇t adapt to the needs of the development of the specialty. The traditional economic law course should be divided into two parts,one is the basic law knowledge for all majors,namely the civil and commercial law;the other is the specialized legal courses for all specialties . Only in this way,we can give attention to the development of law subject and the characteristics of economic and management specialty.
