摘    要:仪表作为工业生产的“倍增器”,在化工企业中的作用日益突显。生产中,一旦仪表及控制系统发生了故障又不能及时处理,将使企业的生产处于盲目的混乱状态。文中给出了“气压机振动探头故障、烟机转速探头故障”两种故障的分析与处理,收到良好的效果。

Abstract:Instrument for the industrial production of the“multiplier”,in the chemical industry increasingly prominent role in the.Production,once the instrumentation and control system malfunctioned and cannot be handled in time,will make the enterprise production in a state of confusion and blind.This paper presents“the analysis and processing of pneumaticmachine vibration probe fault,fault turbine speed probe,anti surge valvefault”three kinds of failure,received good results.
