约束理论之思维过程在某零部件制造厂的应用

约束理论的思维过程，给出了针对复杂问题的系统的分析、思考与改进方法。文中简述了其分析工具：现状树、冲突解决图、未来树、前提树和转移树。对某零部件制造厂连杆生产过程中生产周期长、库存数量多等一系列问题，用现状树分析问题之间的逻辑关系，用消云图寻找背后的冲突和问题解决途径，用未来树描述改善之后的效果，借助前提树和转移树进行解决方案的实施，取得了良好的效果。

Application of Thinking Process of TOC in a Parts Manufacturing Plant

The thinking process of theory of constraints gives analysis,thinking and improvement methods for complex problems.This paper introduces briefly the analysis tools：current reality tree,contradiction resolution diagram,future reality tree, prerequisite tree and transition tree.According to a series of problems,such as long production cycle and more inventory,in the process of production in one parts manufacturing plant,CRT is used for analyzing the logical relations between problems,CRD for finding hidden conflicts and the way of problem solving,FRT for describing effects after improvement,PRT and TRT for implementing of solutions,and the result is well.
