生鲜品O2O供应链协调研究

摘    要:生鲜品的销售已经打破传统模式,向电子商务方向快速发展,但如果生鲜品电商采取和其他商品无异的策略,则存在诸多问题。文中提出生鲜品电商的O2 O模式,并探讨了生鲜品O2 O供应链协调面临的挑战和策略。

Abstract:The sales of fresh products have to break the traditional mode,in the direction of electronic commerce development rapidly,but if the fresh products take the same strategy,there are many problems.In this paper,the author Put forward the fresh products electronic commerce take O2O mode,and discuss the challenge and the strategy for the supply chain coordination.
