Research on the Logistics Business Outsourcing Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process

With the rapid development of the world economy and the tide of economic globalization,in the 21st century, market competition is switching from the competition between the enterprises into the competition between supply chains.More and more enterprise managers began to accept the concept of the supply chain management,and get a lot benefit in practice.For most enterprises,the choice of the logistics business outsourcing suppliers is the key to determining success on logistics business outsourcing.We find that the analytic hierarchy process can provide evidence for quantitative decision to choose proper outsourcing suppliers and help the outsourcing suppliers orientate the key point when increasing its own competitiveness.
