Research on Transformation Mode of Warehousing and Transportation Enterprises

The pattern of production and consumption nowadays is becoming more and more diverse and personalized with the modernization of information networks and management techniques.Therefore,those logistics enterprises providing traditional warehousing and transportation can no longer meet the needs of the market and they need to upgrade their business models urgently to form a new profit model.Based on the thorough research on the motivations of model switching by the logistics enterprises mentioned before,the paper will be focused on the ways of modeling changing of these logistics enterprises.The author tries to carry a study on the model switching pattern of a specific enterprise with a enterprise case.
