| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济一体化的深入,跨国公司的经营活动日益成为世界经济发展的主旋律。本文首先对有关跨国公司的竞争优势和知识创新模式的研究情况进行了回顾,在此基础上提出基于知识经济时代的全球同步知识创新模式和跨国公司柔性网络组织,并对我国跨国公司的发展战略提出了相关对策建议。
