Study on Multi - level Inventory Management Model of Supply Logistics For Enterprises Integrating Agriculture, Industry and Commerce

Because of the particularity of the main production material supply in enterprises integrating agriculture,industry and commerce,their core of supply logistics is management and control of inventory.In the light of the deficiency in the traditional one-level inventory management,a multi-level inventory management model of supply logistics suitable for the enterprises integrating agriculture,industry and commerce is put forward.The main advantages of this model are that farmers are included in inventory control of the logistics supply chain and each level of inventory has clear division of function and coordinate and cooperate with other levels.
