| 摘 要： | 通过回顾中国特色社会保障制度近六十年的发展,并对未来社会保障制度作了展望,基于制度、利益与理念的维度来分析了其历史发展进程,并对其历史发展过程与未来制度做了理性的分析,总结了影响一国社会保障制度的核心要素是其社会保障制度的制度基础、利益与理念.

| Abstract: | Through a review of nearly six-decade long development of social security system with Chinese characteristics and an outlook of the future social security,based on the system,benefit and idea perspective,this paper analyzed the historical development process and the future system,concluded that the core factors affecting the social security system of a country were its system base,benefits and ideas. |
