| 摘 要： | 在现代信息技术环境下 ,企业财务管理正朝着网络化、信息化方向发展。在网络财务的形成和发展过程中 ,既有成功的经验 ,也不乏失败的教训。如何使网络财务健康地发展 ,需要理论支持 ,也需要实践探索。因此 ,分析网络财务建设中存在的问题 ,探讨改进的对策 ,显得非常必要。

| Abstract: | Modern information technology is leading business financial management towards a networked information based system. In the course of its development successful experiences go hand in hand with lessons of failure. The healthy advance of the cyber-finance depend both on the support the theory and the practical probe. This article is just for the purpose of finding out the effectiveness of cyber-finance, existing problems and the rout for the improvement. |
