山东省农户金融需求现状及对策分析——基于山东省17个县市的抽样调查

依据对山东省17县市261份农户金融需求及满足状况的调研数据,发现山东省农户借款需求较为强烈,资金需求以中短期为主,对农户大额资金借款需求不能得到充分满足;从亲朋好友借款是农户借款的主要渠道,手续繁琐、利息高、抵押担保要求高是农户向农村信用社借款难的主要原因;农户借款用途日益多元化,但生产性需求比重较小。为此,应强化商业性金融、政策性金融和邮政储蓄的支农责任;继续深化农村信用社改革,引导民间金融发展,鼓励、支持农村金融组织创新;加快推进城乡基本公共服务均等化步伐,引导农民合理消费。

The Present Situation of the Financial Demand of the Farmers in Shandong Province——A Sample Survey Based on 17 Cities and Towns

According to a survey of the finance demand and the present situation of satisfaction of the farmers in 261 households in Shandong province,this paper analyses the characteristics of farmers＇ finance demand.We hold that we should strengthen supporting agriculture responsibility of commercial finance,policy-based finance and postal savings,and continue deepening the reform of Rural Credit Cooperatives,guiding the development of private finance,encouraging and supporting rural finance innovation,and the government should accelerate the equal pace of basic public services in urban and rural areas and guide farmers＇ responsible consumption.
