武汉市居民社区参与现状及制约因素——对武汉市的调查与分析

居民参与是中国城市社区建设和发展的动力,目前城市社区参与呈现出良好发展态势,但社区参与还存在很多问题,如组织化参与少、外来式参与少、非政治性参与多、参与效能低、参与主体单一等.主要原因是社区公民意识薄弱、利益表达机制欠缺、社区组织化程度不高、社区行政化严重等.

The Practice and the Constraining Factors of Urban Community Participation in Wuhan City

China's urban community building and development do not only depend on the government itself,but also on the participation of the residents.Community participation has shown a good development trend currently,but there are still many problems.For example,there are less organizational participation and external participation,but nonpolitical participation is prevalent.And participation efficiency is low and the subject of the participants is single etc.The main cause is the weakness of community awareness,the lack of mechanisms to express interests,low degree of community organization,serious community-based administration and so on.
