| 摘 要： | 运用面板数据模型是计算三次产业及第三产业内部各行业的就业弹性的一种较好的方法。运用此法我们可分析出1994～2004年江苏省第三产业就业效应变动的趋势特点及其内在原因，从而为我们发展第三产业、缓解就业压力作出思考。

| Abstract: | Panel-data model is an adequate way to estimate employment elasticity of three industries and the respective section within the tertiary industry, by which we can work out the trend and motivation of the employment effect of the tertiary industry between 1994 and 2004 in Jiangsu Province so as to offer food for thoughts as regards the development of the tertiary industry and alleviation of employment pressure. |
