| 摘 要： | 在融资成本分析中引入关系成本,以关系成本对城市排污工程项目业主企业的融资选择影响为基础,通过对商业银行融资方式和证卷市场融资方式的均衡分析,给出了业主企业进行融资方式选择的条件,也说明了关系成本在融资过程中的双重作用性.

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the concept of network cost in the analysis of financing costs.We introduce the impact of network cost on sewerage project owners in their financing,offer some financing channel options to the owners with equilibrium analysis between debt and equity financing,and point out the bilateral importance of network cost in financing process. |
