摘    要:环境的不确定性增加了企业遭遇危机的可能性,而在危机的处理中,速度是关键,由此提出了对于以增强组织快速反应能力为特点的企业组织柔性能力的考验.本文在分析了危机与组织柔性本质的前提下,针对危机带来的不确定性,探讨了组织柔性与危机程度的四种组合:脆弱、自由行动、灵敏、失败,并在此基础上提出了应对危机所要求的组织柔性化策略.

Abstract:Environmental uncertainty increases the probability of an enterprise's encountering crisis, and quickness is the key to coping with crisis. In view of the uncertainty brought about by crisis, this paper makes an analysis on the essence of the crisis and organizational flexibility, and explores the four kinds of combinations of organizational flexibility and crisis degree: vulnerable ones, action-voluntary ones, susceptible ones and losing ones. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and tactics of organizational flexibility to crisis.
