基于心理契约的饭店员工流失控制策略

摘    要:人员流失率过高会给饭店带来多种负面影响。如何减少员工的主动离职成为饭店业发展必须面对的一个重要问题。饭店员工主动离职的种种原因最终都可以归结为员工与饭店心理契约的失衡。在对饭店员工进行分类并对各类员工的心理契约特点进行分析概括的基础上,提出了一个饭店员工主动离职分类模型,并针对不同离职类型从心理契约的角度提出了员工流失控制的策略。

Abstract:High turnover rate will exert negative impacts on hotel enterprises.How to reduce the voluntary turnover rate becomes a significant problem facing China's hotel industry.The article believes that all the causes for voluntary turnover can be derived from the psychological contract imbalance between employee and hotel ultimately.Based on categorization of hotel employees and psychological contract analysis of these employee types,the article proposes a typology of hotel employee's voluntary turnover,and puts forward control strategies for employee turnover according to the theory of psychological contract.
