Discussion on Effective Project Cost Management

This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of China's construction project cost control and management, puts forward views on aspects of reasonably identifying and controlling project cost, strengthening the engineering cost consultancy team-building, accelerating the reform of construction project cost management system and the perfect establishment of project cost management system in line with laws of market economy.
