| 摘 要： | 反倾销法的价值取向应体现对公平竞争的追求和自由贸易秩序的维护。但长期以来,反倾销法的实际功效与价值取向一直相背离。反倾销法价值取向的回归应以公平竞争和自由贸易为尺度。促进反倾销法价值取向的完善对控制反倾销措施滥用具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The value orientation of anti-dumping laws should reflect the fair competition and free trade in the pursuit of the maintenance of the trade order.But for a long time,the actual outcome of anti-dumping laws and the value orientation have been run in the opposite direction.Reunification of value orientation of antidumping laws should be fair competition and free trade.The improvement of the value orientation of antidumping laws is of great significance for controlling the abuse of anti-dumping measures. |
