摘    要:本文研究了三峡水库减少淤积的双汛限水位调度方案及其综合影响。建议在大洪水来临前,将坝前水位从145m下降到135m,既腾空部分库容防洪、也增加冲沙减淤作用。双汛限方案对航运和发电有一定的影响。平均每年断航时间约7d。但是变动回水区淤积大量减少,可改善通航条件,库区流速降低,既提高航运经济效益,也改善坝区通航条件。后期可增加兴利库容12亿m^3以上,对于提高发电质量,改善枯水期下游通航条件也有好处。

Abstract:An optimized operation scheme called double flood control levels scheme is proposed to reduce the deposition and enhance the flood control capacity of the reservoir in the Three Gorges Project. It is suggested that the water level of the reservoir should be additionally lowered to 135m before the emergence of the flood higher than 45,000 m 3/s, on the basis of the reservoir is controlled at a certain level in the flood season. Thereby, the sediment transport capacity of the reservoir can be enhanced and the deposition can be reduced. In the meantime, the reservoir capacity for flood control is expanded.
