| 摘 要： | 大多数学者从经济发展、体制变迁和经济政策等方面来研究城镇居民收入差距扩大的原因。我们选择新的视角即从房地产价格方面来分析城镇居民收入差距扩大问题。文章论证了房地产价格上涨可能扩大城镇居民收入差距,最后提出了相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | Most scholars attempt to explain why income gap of urban residents was widens from the study of economic development,institutional transformation and economic policies.We choose the new visual angle to analyze the income gap of urban residents from the house estate price.The article says that the rise of the housing price may expand income gaps of urban residents and puts forward the relevant policy recommendations. |
