中国农村金融生态发展现状及其改革措施研究

任何产业的发展都离不开金融的支持,农业也不例外,农村金融是农村经济发展的重要命脉。尤其在中国新农村建设中,农村金融的支持作用越来越显著。但是中国农村金融生态存在很多问题,致使中国农村金融机构在新农村建设中没有真正充分发挥其作用,这不仅是中国农村金融生态发展存在的问题,更是目前中国解决三农问题的瓶颈。因此,在分析中国农村金融生态发展的现状及存在的问题基础上,提出了优化中国农村金融生态的改革措施。

Study on Eco-development Status and Reform Measures in Rural Finance

The development of any industry is inseparable from the support of finance,including agriculture.Rural finance is the important lifeblood of the rural economy development.Especially,in the construction of new countryside in our country,the support functions of rural financial are becoming more and more remarkable.But there are many problems in rural financial ecology in our country,and rural financial institutions didn’t really give full play in the new rural construction.It is not only the problems of rural financial ecodevelopment,but also the bottleneck of solving the problems of villagers,countryside and agriculture.Therefore,based on the analysis of the status and problems of rural financial ecodevelopment in our country,the paper puts up the reform measures of optimizing rural financial ecology.
