| 摘 要： | 第三方物流是现代物流的发展趋势,这种物流运作模式已被越来越多企业认可并使用。本文主要介绍了我国汽车制造企业中实施第三方物流的几种模式并分析了其优缺点。另外,本文分析了东风本田汽车有限公司在实施第三方物流中出现的问题并提出了相应的改进措施。

| Abstract: | The Third Party Lo- gistics(TPL)is the trend of the devel- opment of modern logistics.This op- eration mode has been recognized and used by more and more enterprises.This paper mainly introduces several opera tion mode used in China's automobile manufacturing enterprises and analyses the advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore,this paper analyzes the prob- ems in the implementation of the third party logistics in Dongfeng Honda Au- tomobile Co.Ltd,and points out cor- responding measures for improving. |
